3 speed internal Sturmey Archer

Here is a recent pic of my frankenbike. It runs a 24/4 3 speed SA hub with a stick shifter. I was running the 20 inch SA, but my other frame is still in pieces so on went the 24 inch. I am trying to figure out a easy jackshaft system so I can pedal the bike without any one hassling me. My 24 inch crusier frame with have the jackshaft set up. Hopefully with 6 gears?
IE: I am not a very good welder, so disregard the welds, this is my frankenbike, prototype, chopped up mishmash, just to see what works and doesnt work platform.

That is supafly,man. I love where you placed that stick shift. Getting a crank in there would pose a problem.
So with a jack shaft,you can switch out your output shaft to run out the right side?

What is your gear ratio coming out of the STATON box drive sprocket? What are the ratios in the SA hub?

Is that STATON box available anywhere? I haven't seen it on their site.
