yo whats up guys , im from australia and ive got a 100cc bike kit thingy and she js dont wanna run, never runs off down a hill even with clutch out she js stops her self and doesnt start however im getting spark and everything. This makes me result to drill start but even when she starts she dies out very quickly or even when she has started their has been steam coming out from engine block js like as if soemthing is cooking. Anywyas but im planning to do 2 things js to get her, refuel and get ngk plugs. MY QUESTION IS WHAT OIL TO FUEL RATIO DO I USE 2 STROKE SYNTETHIC?
HOW MUCH i used 40 to 1 but idk i think i should try something diff and get her some ngk

thankss

Run the first 3 tanks at a 20:1 ratio for good and proper breakin lubrication and cooling...Use conventional 2 cycle oil for breakin so the rings will set properly...After those 3 tanks of breakin mix ratio, you can go to 32:1 oil gas ratio and then you can also start using 2 cycle synthetic oil if you wish.

Make sure that your head stud nuts are torqued to 144 INCH pounds which is also 12 FOOT pounds depending what type of torque wrench you have...This must be done every heat cycle for about 200 miles but only once it is totally cold in an X patern for even torquing, they will loosen up during this time period.

Depending on your elevation above sea level, be sure that your carburetor needle valve C clip is set in the middle position on the needle...(pic is below of the needle valve I speak of).

And always remember, everything on that motor is made of pure, genuine "Chinesium" and totally inspected by their senior expert 12 year old quality control experts in China...lol...lol...lol.

YES, throw out that POS Chinese Z series spark plug, they are total crap...lol...Replace with NGK-BR6HS and gap at .025, (25 thousandths of an inch).

I almost forgot to add this as well...Make sure you are mixing your oil and petrol in a petrol jug so that you can shake it up and mix it thoroughly before pouring it into the tank on the bike...Never mix in the petrol tank as it will not mix properly and that will cause problems.

oK thankyou for replying however yep i made the stupid mistake of not mixing oil and js moving the bike when both were in the tank:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:.Ill drain tht out and then also i have found tht excact spark plug at the shop down the road however how do i gap it and can shops gap it. also since i have used 40 1 synthetic do u think my engine is f***ed alr ?? havent ridden it she has started for a short time and then stops.

The R stands for resistor, this will need to be used if your ever gonna use a speedometer on your bike that is electronic and not an analog cable driven device as RF emissions from the plug with throw off the electronics.

I found that out with my speedo when it told me I was doing 99 MPH when I was sitting at a stop light...lol.

i dont have a spedomter installed on it but if i choose to later on if the bike starts running hopefully , is the best bet to go with the r because its best of both worlds?
