Hey guys so my problem is my bike is riding real rough when it does, it rides for probaly 3 minutes then dies. And won't start back up until you let it sit for a while. Please let me know what's up.thanks

what gas-oil ratio are you using?
are you sure that your choke is fully open?
is your spark plug tight?
is your fuel on-off valve fully open and flowing good?
do you have an in-line fuel filter?
is it clogged up?
is your fuel line straight with no kinks?
there are a lot of things that can cause this problem, but i'm going to guess that you have your choke closed or partially closed based on the time it will run, and that you have to let it sit for awhile before it will re-start. if your choke is closed, the engine will start fine when it's cold and it will run rough and eventually die because it's not getting enough air once the engine builds some heat.
Then you let it sit for awhile and the engine cools down. You try to re-start it and it starts because the choke is closed and the engine has had time to cool down.
Then the pricess repeats itself.
This is just a guess on my part, but it sure sounds like this is what's going on,
