Thanks for the fast reply, the guy I purchased it from had premix in it.
I drained the tank and put 90 octane in it, thanks it was fouling plugs and smoking like crazy.
All is good now, I ordered manual from e bay still waiting for them to arrive

Check the oil level in the crank case. Whizzers look a bit like a 2 stroke because of the flat head, but are 4 stroke with the valves on the side of the block. You can see it all in this thread. https://motoredbikes.com/threads/whizzer.64599/

Whizzer recommends straight 40w But...
Use 20/50 classic car oil with zinc
The zinc will help protect the lifters and cam

Or use straight 40w
20/50 Motorcycle is better than 40w It has special additives that prevent M/C gears from wearing
Use Dino oil Do not use Syn oil

Add zinc to straight 40w or M/C 20/50
