2007 Whizzer bike

Hello maybe someone can give me a heads up on a 2007 Whizzer bike I purchased in 08. After buying it I drained fuel, flushed carb and fogged, cleaned carb, changed oil, & replaced plug. It only has less than 40 miles. I bought this from a friend and drove it All I bought this for was because of the nostalgia look and put it my show room with about 40 other Mini Trails etc. Just this last week I got the bike out to clean and found the crank will not move in the normal drive mode. found no chain issues, motor does turn . I have not received my Manuel on this bike yet and was wondering what could cause this. The transmission is a stock automatic ? Thanks

2007 has an Auto Clutch centrifugal clutch The auto clutch has a one way bearing
With the engine off - the bike will roll backwards but it won't roll forward

With an auto clutch use the compression release to roll the bike forward
Or take the primary belt (front belt) off if ya want to ride it like a bicycle

With a slip clutch pull the clutch lever / or use the compression release to roll the bike forward
Or takethe primary belt off to ride itlike a bicycle
