I have a 26" NE5 with 848 miles. I need help or advice to:
1. adjust belt - sounds like it is intermittently slipping when starting, I can get it going down the driveway but not with a kick start due to slipping
2. directions on adjustment screws on carburetor
Am somewhat mechanically inept and would welcome any help in Fresno area or on the internet.
Am 71 and my wife and doctor would appreciate it if I stopped using my Whizzer so will be willing to sell as
is or after I get adjustments made.
Any help appreciated.
