20t or 20 tooth rear cog with 20" wheel, has anyone run it?

I am trying to find out what the results have been with a stock
Grubee/happytime, turning a 20 tooth cog on a 20" wheel (like a track hub for example with a 20t cog).

I am interested in replacing my coaster brake wheel eventually with a freewheeling hub, and think the 20" wheel would lend to the motorcycle look
(beach cruiser 26" wheels) I expect I'll have to install a twin kickstand or cut the stock kickstand down to work with it.
