what about heat?
24 hr and 5 min JB Weld

Heat will make JB Weld brittle then with force or vibrations, it breaks
The hotter the heat is the faster JB weld breaks down

Yeah they say it withstands certain amounts of heat but heat still makes it brittle over time

Good to keep water in an engine block.

Maybe on a freeze plug in back of a motor block that you would have to yank motor to replace. I did that with JB weld on a ford ranger V6.
Could have been a toyota corolla I dont remember but I know I did it and it lasted a long time
