Hello,
My name is William English I’m from Minnesota and I’m 14 and I’m building a 212cc motorized bike, theirs just one problem. I can’t get the engine to start. I bought a new carburetor, timing is fine, and a new intake. The Engine is new and the carb is clean. I need help since I cannot find any other problems! Please leave any suggestions you have it would be a big help!

welcome to the forum!

what part of minnesota are you in? im in rogers mn.

my guess is the oil pressure sensor, as the engine is at a steep angle. try disconnecting it and starting it. i would persoanlly try to make it a bit more flatter as the engine isnt getting sufficant oil to the crankshaft.

Hello mark! I’m from west St. Paul mn. I did disconnect the oil pressure sensor prior to this and their was no change. But thank you for the suggestion!

my guess is the engine is at a too steep of a angle, and the oil is being forced into the cylinder, then causing the plug to foul. these engines dont have a oil saprator like smaller engines, and need to be run basically flat and evenly
