Well, Schwinn Meridians are pretty common, and there are 212CC engine kits for them at GasBike. Shouldn't be too hard.

How well it'll actually work is another story. That's a lot of engine for an unstable one-wheel drive trike.
 
I used to ride trikes all the time until I tried a hill climp with ruts. Got lucky and the bike didn't land on me.
 
Same here, a family member recently picked up a 1976 Worksman trike and I refurbished it's running gear and put new tires on it. Rode it around for a lil bit. It's narrower than most trikes (it fits through standard doorways) and it'll tip right over if I look at it funny. She wanted me to put a gas engine on it, but after demonstrating how it handled with a 35lb weight in the rear basket, she wisely decided against it. Maybe low-speed electric.
 
That can be a real hot rod trike. Plenty of speed parts available for that engine.
