So I got Zeda’s 80cc DIO Reed Valve Kit and this is my second engine that I have bought ever and likely the last as I am going to start saving for a car soon… that being said this final build that I’m shooting for is for performance, reliability, and longevity. I got this kit knowing I was going to do some tuning with the carburetor and what not and prepped myself prior to receiving it by watching as many videos as I could on them and how to jet them. Long story short I get everything set up how it’s supposed to be with some slight tuning to get a good idle, nothing concrete, and I was already starting to notice that it would always bog no matter what if I would press on the throttle too quickly… now I didn’t think much of it as it would still rev up to hell and satisfy me because I was excited with my new engine. Fast forward about a month from getting it and messing around and I have tried every thing to try and get it to not bog and no matter what it will ALWAYS be there wether slight or not, and that’s just from when you press on the throttle too fast, when you have a load on it and your going, at wide open throttle it will die like it doesn’t even have a spark or something… but if your going pretty fast it will do okayyyy but not nowhere close to where I think it should be. I’m running a MZ65 clone and I’m basically right at sea level (26’ or something like that). I will link some pictures of my build incase there is any flaws or anything to fix that I can’t see as I’m still fairly new to this. (I’m running the stock muffler in the pics because it’s night and I don’t want to be annoying) I hope this wasn’t too long to read, I’m just desperate for help and I thought I could come here for it… thank you in advance for any help… it is greatly appreciated.
