26 x 2.125 front wheel with disc for cruiser bike?

Hey Folks,

I'm about to add a 66 cc engine to my retro cruiser bike with coaster brake. I'd like to add a front brake, preferably, if possible, a disc brake. The bike has a springer fork. Is it possible to adapt this for a disc brake? Also, does anyone know where to get a 26" x 2.125" front wheel with a disc already mounted on the hub? Seems like most 26" wheels with discs are narrower and designed for mtn bikes.
