Hey everyone, I am back with my 2nd build. This time it's from a kit - Angel 4 Roller from mobettabikes.ca:

I am ordering heavy duty 12 gauge spoked rims, and converting thr back to disc brakes.

My question is, I have a zeda triple 40 and I am just wondering what type of upgrades I can do to the motor. I was looking at a windowed piston and Reed valve however just wondering if I could easily swap them out without any major issues.

Thanks in advance!

A new exhaust and better air filter will add some pep to it.
Is the motor broke in yet? Carb jetted right?

I want to stay away from the loud exhausts but will look at what's available. I drilled holes on the air filter cover for better flow already. The bike is broken in now, there's been about 10 liters of fuel through her so far and the carb is tuned in very well, with spark plug looking great after plug chop.

Thanks for the reply!

I put a Phantom style on mine 66 cc,and it woke it up torque wise, not much louder than stock, more of a deeper rumble and added a low profile high flow air filter,no more hard pedaling on the big hills around here.

I have a triple 40 from Mobetta on my cruiser. Stan's a good guy. If you buy one of his pipes and send it down to me, I'll make it work better and quieter.

Man Stan is a great guy! I had an issue with the left pedal after assembly and I ended up ordering a cdhpower bottom bracket adapter and 3 piece crank assembly to replace the 1 piece. Stan paid for it all without me even asking, a very good level of customer service you don't get very often these days.

Stan is closing down mobettabikes.ca to focus on his other business when his inventory is gone, it's a shame.

Where are you located? I am in Nova Scotia
