So, I call calgary 3-1-1, wgich is the city's information line. I try to get info on the legality of running a power bicycle on the streets. The lady has absolutely no idea what i'm talking about, so I explain what it is. She goes"well, I don't know, I've never heard of that before." She goes on to say that she can't find anything regarding it. she says to maybe search it on the internet, which i've already done and was why I was phoning in the first place. Sheesh
