3200 K,s on Raceline full suspension Mountain bike

Just clocked up 3200 K,s on sealed and dirt roads without any major issues, only problems front freewheel and crank to jackshaft chain. Have added chain guide and pullstart to increase durability. Rejetted main jet today to lean out top end, hopefully fuel economy will improve on the 110K,s I get now.

Nice mounting of the shift kit, sheer genius, i just don't care for the way the air snorkel looks. But it obviously works great. So it doesn't matter what i think. How did you ever get that many Kms on that engine?

motor has been stripped, casting flash removed, adjusted main bearing fits, partially balanced crank and shimmed crankcase to give 5thou end float on crank. Snorkel tube is from lawn mower, has paper element filter, helps reduce induction noise and get intake into cleaner air when riding offroad.
