4-stroke carb rebuild

Can anyone help w/carb info? This is the 5th. carb in 1 1/2 yr. Bike starts w/choke on, then dies when turned off. This is a new one.
Also does anyone know if rebuild kits are available? Would rather rebuild than buy new again,and again, and again...

In addition th what engine/carb, where are you located? We have had bad gas here in CA that plugs up these little carbs.

I have the HauSheng 142 engine.
