I have only done 2 strokes,

my next build is 4 stroke. I’m not familiar though. I was planning on buying this fairly priced 208cc 7HP Power Fist engine and putting it on a bike with a 44t sprocket.

What kinda speeds can you expect with something of this size? How is the torque? I’m worried it’s not gonna exceed like 30km/h. I have a lot of hills in my area.

Get a TAV to go with it, Princess has those too. If you put a 54 tooth on the rear wheel, you probably can do 100kph.

Here's my speed formula:

(RPM × Wheel Diameter × π)
÷(1056 × Total Reduction)=MPH

Let's say the engine turns 3600 rpm and you use 26" wheels. You'll need a total reduction of 5.56\1 to do 50 mph.

(3,600×26×π)÷(1,056×5.56)=50.082616698

Which one???...lol...Last I knew, there were at least 5 of them if not more...lol.
Pick one, they all end up the same. Just my opinion of a 200cc motor on a bicycle designed for 20mph and a 1/3rd hp. I wish him well though. No doubt it's going to be a cool/neat ride. Hope he beefs it up for the speed and power.

The message most of us old-timers preach is safety over speed. Speed is fine as long as you have something built to handle it.
