4 stroke reliability and parts availability / build advice

sorry, I'm talking about a jackshaft kit that doesn't mount to the two stroke engine
 
Here's a video of ways one could put on a jackshaft. Though if doing the build I was talking about you'd want both sprockets on the left side.

 
after a bit of consideration, I just don't think the 49cc engines transmission will hold up for me. I am going to go for a lifan 152 engine, with a centrifugal clutch. and a homemade jackshaft with a 32 tooth input sprocket and a 12 tooth output sprocket. if have attached some calculations. do you think this setup could handle hills. do you have any experience with the black centrifugal clutches on amazon.

I think this setup would be similar to what the phatmoto rover bike uses. if it wasn't as good at hill climbing as I hoped ii could always go to a 44t rear sprocket or if its not fast enough, I could go for a 32 or 28
