4 wheel mod idea

so I had a dream last night that my motorized bike had axels with 4 wheels. It was sick, and I want to try something like this in real life. I haven't seen anything like it before on the internet either. It's definitely possible. Any ideas? Reliability issues?

Look up cycle cars, that's what you want build. Many different forms & shapes of them.
