40 mpg car for sale, in Fl.

I am selling my 94 Subaru Justy, 5spd, 87k miles, good a/c, CD player, in very good condition. I have gotten a high of 45.1mpg out of it. Normally , I get about 40. $1395 Pix are here;

was the car originally a Florida car?
where in Florida are you located?
are there any mechanical defects/ is it reliable, does it burn oil? etc.

Car was sold long ago. Since gas prices have gone up so much, I could have easily gotten more.
