$420 bird dog rear mount kit...any thoughts

Out of curiosity I e-mailed bicycle-engines.com for the price for a skyhawk II rear engine kit. My reply:
Sure APerson I can supply you with a complete rack mount setup for $420 complete shipped.

They also sent some pictures but those were the same ones you find of grubee.inc

So.. Any thoughts or opinions about the pricing, and/or quality, Anyone else have had dealings with them. Personally it looks reasonable to me, but you can never be too careful these days...
