All my old 48 cc were nikisil, break in had to be extra gentle. The Auto-Mini is still on the road after 5 years.

Start with the basics of optimizing the power. Port match the lower transfers to the case, set your squish gap at a nice .8mm, clean up and port match the intake and exhaust as needed, put a clone pipe on it for a it more mid rpm grunt. Case Stuffers would also help a bit.

After that you will need to start porting the cylinder itself.

In any event this one is purely shuts n giggles... I failed to notice the bbr sticker and it use but boy oh boy was there surprises inside! Lol it appear a sleeved motor?! With a compression boosting 2mm of carbon on the piston lol but it doesn't end there folks... didn't bust out the degree wheel cuz it wasn't necessary. The transfers favor the exhaust side slightly and open an hour apart! Also the roofs are almost flay and like 4mm lower than the sleeve. Also blowdown? Lol bbr doesn't need blowsown when they have a fancy sticker! 2 different wrist pin clips G and bunny ears now that the variety bbr has to offer! Would ya just look a that beautiful... corroded?.. cylinder lining! The only good feature was the square almost matched intake. That being said how tf did this run for me? Also the last guy I imagine road it while 4 stroking the entire time. What can I say it was free with 2 scream demons for 150$ 1 brand new the other only .mildly screwed.
