Right, ordered new piston, new cylinder body, and new head. Then I'll redo the break-in procedure *properly* this time without constantly messing with the tuning

Also the upward angle of the fuel line and fuel filter worries me a little as well, as it should all go "downhill" and not be lifted up like that since it is gravity feed not a fuel pump feed to the carbie...DAMIEN

It does look as if the fuel filter is above the petcock.

My problem went away after step daughter use my gas in the leaf blower and left the gas can outside she remembered it a day later after it got water in it from raining.She told that after she saw me use it and heard me gripping about how bad it was running.Man I was pi**ed that’s what happen . It all worked out. I was beating myself up why it was running so bad. Still 68 is the right jet for it. Thanks guys.
