Ok update on the dynamo. This is an alternator. So you can run it direct if your bulbs can handle around 24v ac ultimate. I found out the hard way my nice sealed beam driving lights wouldnt. These alternators are pretty hard to find a clear diagram on. So once I found its an alternator, I just wired up the pit bike regulator I bought originally, with a small battery. Works as it should putting out 13.4v DC. Now I can run LED driving lights. Sorry for all the confusion. Somewhere in a forum, not here, I was led to believe this dynamo had DC output. Alls well that ends well I guess.
