6.5 hp honda knockoff!

I'm building a 6.5 hp motor bike, and I was trying to find some kind of transmission for it, at least a two or three speed, any ideas? I've done a search, and didn't find anything suitable.

While it would only be a single speed, the only one that I can think of would be a modified EZ Motorbike Q-matic.
I believe that Quenton is developing a 2 speed version, but it is still in the prototype stages.

Harbor Freight now sells a CVT similar to the comet CVT. Unfortunately, it costs close to $200.
