66/80cc engine wont idle correctly.

I've been riding my china doll for a bit now and made some tweaks like lowering the jet and getting an aftermarket head—just small changes. But about two months ago, my bike started having issues; it won't idle unless the idle screws are fully turned in. It rides well, and I can hit a solid 30 mph without any stuttering or anything. I'm just curious if there's anything I should be concerned about.

Spray some water around all the gaskets while it's running and if it stalls you found an aor leak. Also re torque the head bolts.

So I just did that and it has not stalled

You're definitely not screwed lol, you can almost ALWAYS fix something.
