66/80cc unable to rev high under load

Bits of metal coming off the cylinder is not good. The anti wear coating is coming off. This added tid bit of information does change things considerably.
You ran 100:1 and caused some serious damage.

At first glance, things don't look too bad as Chain said. Maybe as suggested cleaning up the ports with a file or sand paper will help smooth things out, but just put the oil to it at least 25:1, take it easy and it may last a while longer.

One thing, if you are afraid of the answer, don't ask the question.
Bottom of the transfer port is where I found metal shavings off the edge

While you have the head off, grab a file and chamfer the inner edges of the ports. Save you some more grief down the road.
I got around to fixing it and I'm able to get 105 psi, pretty sure it's on the low end but still should be start able, will find out later and I tried to clean out the deposits best I can, will it clean itself using sufficient oil or just accumulate more?

If it ran oil in the crank case then there is a chance for particulate to get filtered out with the oil, not so much on a 2 stroke.

Do you know of any good engine mounts that don't use the tube's to mount to (unless they can handle the thickness and are logn enough) I use a phatmoto and have a very unsecured engine mount that needs to be replaced. Clutch locked up just now because of it, but for the very short time that it was running it seemed fine, also I gotta find a right angle mount for the carb. I'm starting to wonder if buying a moped would be cheaper or at least better than this.

Anything you buy commercially is going to be more reliable than a MB, but for a couple hundred bucks you can have lots of fun. Building, riding, breaking and fixing is what wees about.

I bought this bike for 550 just needs so much work done and would be easier if I had metal and a welder

A welder makes building easier no matter what you're doing. I thought you were doing it all from scratch.

Also I don't really understand how a 50cc moped can go faster than this engine
Engine tolerances and gearing, most mopeds have a variator, kind of a CVT transmission.

Would it be possible to attach something like that to my bike? There's spot where a gear reduction used to be that's right next to the engine on the frame (has big bearings)

Show us a picture, might be able to work something out.

A 5 speed hub makes a nice transmission.
