Hi guys. Here was my first build of a motorized bicycle. Its a Kroon vintage bicycle. It has a vintage bicycle headlight with led light in it. I laced double wall mountain bike rims to original hubs. I am waiting for the alloy tank i made to be tigwelded, and then i will paint and fit it. The tank will fit inside the frame getting rid of that empty space above the motor and help it look a lot more vintage. Hope you like.....

Nice. I like the wrap on CDI--I've got some mods to steal.
I'm looking for a similar frame for my next project--already have the tank worked out--it is a section of 3x4 (4x3 you probably call it down under) rain gutter down spout with ends brazed on.

The coil cover is an easy one, i made it from copper flat stock i get free from work. I beat it with a hammer for a while to get get that beaten copper look. I plan to make another fully enclosed one, and grind the plastic tabs off the coil and just double side tape it to the cover.
