3 Base Gaskets does it....

Back to its former glory......................
........UNTIL.................................................

SCAVENGE PORT COLLAPSES....

Oh well , whats a 4th barrel / piston & rings.... =About $80 bux....

New STORY to be written.........................

AND with this motor ,,that starts with a SMALLER REAR SPROCKET......

Picture of collapsed scavenge port & my 34T rear sprocket

Case is closed but i must mention this..

Yeah,
as stated previously this 66cc needs a smaller rear sprocket to tame the revs..

I just receive my 34T from KING'S. =beautiful sprocket indeed..

Also a picture of the collapsed scavenge port.. (OVER REVVED YET AGAIN)

This motor is shelved (to much bad luck)

I will be buying another 66cc kit from zbox VERY soon, and will utilize the 34T sprocket with the NEW MOTOR

The end ..
With a new beginning..

I realize tolerences can either stack up against you, or cancel each outer out, creating a Harmony. My guess is the assembly line may have run some jugs short. A jug from a different batch may be longer. The top deck of the jug gets
planed for smoothness / tight seal, mabey they ground off too much ?

A ' problem solver ' base gasket would be nice, if this is a common problem, worth tooling up for .
