Here are some good pics of how I cut out the middle of the plastic air intake cover so it would clear the rear of the frame, and some better pics of how the pedal chain goes between the motor and the automatic clutch.

You can also see additional angles of the motor mounts and how I had to shave the front of the housing down to the bolt so the right pedal would clear.

I also included a better photo of how I used the nuts as spacers between the rear hub and drive sprocket.
