I doubt it for the same reason muscle cars want the right # of cubic feet per minute.
Not to mention the "80cc" carb is likely off a realistically 70cc motor, and could be the carb you already have.
Now if the carb has more mixture adjustment screws so you could get a better tune that's a different thing... or if it comes with a bigger intake manifold (tube) that matches your intake port, and your existing manifold does NOT.
In short, save your $.
