80cc clutch problems

How did you make out last night on that clutch adjustment???...lol.
Still working on it I got it opened up , had to shut down so I could make it to work. I was reading about chains being lined up or matching also . I have a huffy cruiser and I didn't realize the coaster wheel was going to be a pain . I bought the two-stroke from eBay .
Those coaster brake wheels will ALWAYS fail by locking up totally or grenading on you...One of the many reasons I converted mine to mag wheels and disk brakes as you can see in this pic.
Nice setup I think I got to move my engine up and get one of them universal motor bracket that you got on the front of the motor

If you have a welder you can make your own, simple muffler clamp brings it all together and is cheap to make.
