I can't figure out how to disassemble the rest of the clutch after the drive sprocket/chain wheel is removed and the clutch plate and coil spring is removed.

Clutch Disassembly

I am of no help. I was just given a 48cc engine made in 1998. My other bike is a Honda 4 stroke. This is the first 2 stroke I have worked on since my OK Cub airplane engines. ) (OK, the chainsaw and the leaf blower are both 2 cycle.)

I understand that most kits include a clutch removal tool?

I would appreciate if somebody would post a picture of this tool.

Thanks, Jim

I jamb the gears up with a half of a clothespin to remove the clutch nut. Do the same to tighten it. Pick out the wood chips from between the gear teeth and vacuum it well when done. You will need a specific puller to get the clutch of of the shaft. They come with the kits, or you can order one from many of the vendors listed on this forum for cheap.
