8hp Death Bike

A few months ago I posted the start of this project and I kinda left it hanging, so here's it done! 8hp Tecumseh 320cc flathead, with removed governor, 2 speed belt transmission, stick shift, top speed is currently 55mph, max rpm 5,500rpm (thats reallllly pushing it and it never goes that high riding), meant to look loosely like a 1915ish motorcycle.

I can see & understand the 2 speed setup. However with 8 HP probably not needed. With a smaller engine the two speed would make a world of difference!
I like the torque that the big engine makes though, it can just chug along in high gear with very low rpms. originally I was going to make a nice tank for it but im not keeping this frame for long, I'm going to make a new drop loop frame thats clean with custom forks and tank, using the same engine and trans setup. You can't tell from the pictures but upclose this bike is a complete mess.
