yea i have a torque converter, itll hit 45!
it has too much torque so i had to advance the timing so ill get more high end. really fun!

UPDATE:3
i got the gear reducer on there now, it runs!
but i have to move the engine more forward as the gear reducer is hitting the edge of the seat post
(sorry for no pictures, i had too much homework, got to love school getting in the way of my projects)

UPDATE: #4 with pictures!

I got the bike running and driving!! It works great! (It has no bottom end but the mid to top end is great!)
Then the engine mounting bolts stripped :(
I'll have to retap them. And do some other things. But other than that it runs and drives great!

UPDATE: number something...
Its finished!!
I got some longer engine bolts from menards.
Finished up wiring the kill switch.
And I had to tac weld the bracket on to the frame (the engine would snap the back bracket as it takes all the torque of the engine)
I'm now going to try to get a higher engagement spring on the clutch (I would regear but all it needs a bit of a nudge, as the clutch engages at 1200 rpm. Aka wayy to soon)

Anyway heres some pics!

Wow, nearly the end of March! Times fly when your bored at school lol.
Anyway, I decided to swap the carburetor for a 212 carb I had laying around (the throttle pivot was broken, that's why I took it off in the first place, carbs perfect)
Had to weld the plastic so I go it to move the right way (the throttle arm was right, as opposed to the left on a normal 212)
So I did that, as well as modified the airfilter so the choke would clear. Starts first pull now! And it feels like it pulls harder (still need to figure out jetting, guessing it might be a bit lean as it dies when I give it throttle to fast)
Make my own throttle linkage as well
Other then that it was pretty much bolt on anyway, heres some pics!

well, my max torque black spring came in today! But I was a ablosute pain in the ass to install (I had to bend it a little bit to engage at 2700 rpms, my target engagement, green spring was too expensive and I couldn't find one anywhere)
And I made my own straight pipe!
