I drilled lightening holes in the pulley (ill do the same to the pulley on the jackshaft) and the clutcharm. Im thinking either of the last two holes will be for a idler pulley making it adjustable.

If ive missed or youd like more pics of anything SB just ask. Ill check back in here more reguarly.

I made a video of the bike with a mockup tank for fuel...

Boy, you've made a lot of progress! The sheave looks great and tank's coming out nice. I like the bung & cap. I don't understand how the clutch will work, but I'm guessing you know... I can't wait to see how it works out for you. You're getting closer to liftoff, Harry. And you got yourself another motor and tank. Excellent!

I guess I looked while you were downloading and now see the rest of the photos... wowser, I love it. Fantastic hand made motorcycle. Thumbs up... this rings all my bells... ding ding ding! Ha! Made my day, bud! Now I have to go look at the video.

Im using the tank on that black "whippet" racer. Ill start a thread here.

The clutch is pretty easy. I stll have to make and install a jack shaft. So there will be a primary belt, when the clutch is disengaged (handle/shifter in back position) the primary belt will slip on the pulleys. When the clutch is engaged (handle/shifter in forward position) the clutch arm pivots and the idler pulley (yet to be installed) mounted on the end of the clutcharm will put tension on the primary drive and the bike (hopefully) will take off....
