A good 2 stroke kit?

Can someone point me to a high quality 2 stroke kit that I can rely on? Don't mind spending a little extra money as long as there's a substantial increase in quality.Not necessarily against chinese kits, but are there any japanese made 2 stroke kits by major companies?

depending on where u live theres 2 choices .

1 pirate cycles in usa
2 rock solid engines in australia (but not workin coz in floods in qld ).

i personally have a rse hp 1 48cc but with many billet parts an ceramic topped piston making my motor a hp2.5 .
