Those are Russian bicycle engines similar to the chinese happy times.
The main difference is that the russian engines breath with the carb attached to the crankcase in a way like the CAG47cc pocketbike engines. With the proper reedvalve, exhaust, carb and some port work those engines can rev much faster. Stock they are not fast though.
