Abandonment

OK, the new build is an abandoned mini bike, but this one has a rear swing arm and shocks and springs. I'll make more post as the progress comes along.

To start with, to be able to clock my TAV at a reasonable position I had to chop off a piece of the head, not really needed and doesn't interfere with anything.

Cool. Single down tube frame is pretty unusual. You could buy a used Coleman Minibike or something similar and transfer the parts to your frame.

I have all the parts except for the seat, which I make. I'll see when I get to that point. I'm going to strip and paint the frame now that I have the motor fitting.

Here is how the torque converter fits.

Got a little more done on Abandonment. I had to extend the foot pegs, new B&S engine is too wide, the pegs were hidden underneath.

Assembled a bunch of stuff, rassling with the chains right now. The sprocket I got is a touch too big, so I'll have to order a smaller one Tuesday.

Finally got those chains all worked out, I ended up putting a 1.2 mm spacer under the engine.
