Is it the catalytic converter? Idk about those I do remember reading something about someone said they wouldn't use it though... IIRC!
 
I'd have to say that mid range is where it performs best. I'm not sure what the deal is.

Do you have a Dremel tool or dental drill? If not how about a air compressor? I use a die grinder with a carbide bit and it works pretty good (nothing that a peice of good sandpaper can't fix)
 
Do you guys know how big of a rear sprocket I could go to get good low end. How big is too big? I mean I don't want to drive around 15mph top speed lol.

I'm just thinking of trying a bigger sprocket. I don't really wanna tear the motor apart and attempt to modify it.
