Advise for those with new engine clutch problems

For those building your first bike or even third when you suck the clutch and rear wheel won't turn pull the clutch arm cover before going to the clutch flower pedal!

It's an inherent defect in all motors the case won't clear the chain and its binding on it preventing wheel from turning, you need to grind about 1/4" by 3/4" off the case or install a fat gasket to pull away from bind or file or don't fully tighten walk the bike couple blocks let the chain grind it tight the bolt every so many feet till clears.
 
I use hacksaw to cut down about 1/2 inch either side of rub mark, then grab with pliers and break that piece out - quick & easy.
