After 4,000 miles...

My clutch is starting to go on my king's 80cc. When I accelerate it slips pretty badly, and it whines when I get up to speed. I've tried adjusting the cable and tightening the nut under the clutch cover.
What do I have to do/buy to get it working again?

you can buy the 15 little square replacement pads. check with some of the vendors & sellers.

when one of my clutches started slipping....the pads were NOT worn at all....they were covered in oil. the crankshaft seal was/still is leaking.
I pull the pressure plate off, as needed, & clean the clutch & plate....about once a week.

Wow, 4000 miles on a HT engine? That's a lot of hours of run time!

Are you doing anything special like using synthetic oil?

I'm using castrol 2t oil mixed at 32:1.
I was very strict with myself when breaking it in. (no more than 15mph for no more than a 15mins of run time for 50 miles)
