Exhaust After riding, my bike drips oil out of exhaust...normal?

Is that normal? Is my ratio of gas and oil off? After I park it, I will get a few drops of oil on the ground from the exhaust.
 
You could pull your spark plug and see if it is black. If so, you are running a bit rich and should adjust the e-clip on the carb needle. Hope this helps. Keep us posted.

When i changed to an NGK, there was an oily appearance in the chamber...normal? Maybe i'll add more gas to my mixture.
 
Drippy exhausts are caused by rich fuel/air ratios, not by too much oil in the fuel. A properly jetted two stroke can be run with 24:1 mix without much exhaust mess.

As mentioned start by raising the c-clip (thereby lowering the needle) to help things out.
 
That's what 2-stroke engines do best - drip oil from everywhere.
If it starts squeeking and starts to run slow, you'll probably wish it was dripping oil from every location
