Hello, I am new to the world of motorized bicycles. I recently came by a 2stroke kit from a friend and decided to dive in head first. I have started a sun cruiser frame with a 46cc GP460 2 stroke from Dave's attached to a 18.75:1 gear box from Staton. I made some custom mounts on a friends waterjet and am currently fabbing up a fuel tank. I am running a jack-shaft down to a 3 speed internal hub. Freewheels on the jack-shaft will allow the cranks to freewheel when the motor is driving and the motor to freewheel when the pedals are driving. I have a lot left to do including: finish tank, install disc brakes front and rear, install throttle, chains, covers,finish exhaust.
