Anybody ever have this problem? When I shut the motor off, small air bubbles start coming up out of the carburetor into the fuel line. Eventually, the entire fuel line fills with air up to the gas tank. The motor starts up fine the next ride and runs great. What's going on?

hill is probably right, but I had the same issue with the lousy stock fuel valves on TWO bikes....I can't explain it.....finally one broke so I bought a couple of the sick bike valves and the fuel flows great, no bubbles and a nice solid valve.
