Got it out and cleaned up, mounted on a test-bed, etc. It's got compression and spark, but the diaphragm for the carb needs replaced, along with the primer bulb. Fortunately, I found a source.
There's no provision for an air cleaner for this engine. Just a short curved shroud over the carb intake. Nothing you could really attach anything to.
Anyone know of a source for a flange or some similar bit that I could attach a foam sock-type air cleaner to?
