So I finally got my clutch to stop slipping. The power input has gone up dramatically at all speeds and the clutch couldn’t keep up. I been doing some tuning. Im running the pz20. I went to full rich on the needle and full advance on my ignition timing. Results: No idle with the idle screw fully tightened(highest idle speed setting). Hard to start and very little power at very low RPMs. Very good torque from low to about 3/4 of the way to top speed. Started “4 stroking” and stopped gaining speed. I started doing runs while backing of the mixture screw in 1/8 turn increments. I got to a point where I started losing partial throttle power. Can someone explain how afr correlates with ignition timing?

Ignition timing is fixed, so how did you advance the timing? If it's hard starting, then you probably have an air leak.
I dremeled off half of the top of the woodruff key so the magneto was able to be turned. I also enlarged the 4 mounting holes on the two contacts that go on the top and bottom of the magneto so that those can also be turned then tightened
