I haven't used mine for any traffic situation, but it's good for making oglers jump back. Very LOUD.

Man... I asked about something like this before, except I asked if it could be hooked to an air compressor. This is even better!!

I guess I'll wait to see how that $6 all-in-one horn, brake light, & turn signals thingy from deal extreme sounds & holds up before I start spending money.

I had one of these on my old fully faired recumbent trike that cruised @ 35-40 mph (pedaling only). It got people out of the way...I used to call it 'stupid-loud'.
