Recently, near my home a club owned race track and motel opened. It's for the wealthy to come play race car driver. Memberships start at $500,000. Members and staff only allowed inside; not open to the public.

We have one of those near us.
In their benevolence they do let the common folk in a few times a year to oh and ah over the really expensive cars.
Also, they do have track days once and a while where the unwashed can bring their cars and bikes for a rip around the track. Costs several hundred for the privilege.
