I just got this 110cc a few days ago. Worked perfectly for about 3 days then I took it to my friends house. Worked just fine on the way over then when I went to start it to come home it just popped a few times and didn’t run since. If I pull the plug and pedal I have good spark but even if I spray starting fluid right in the plug hole it won’t even pop. I’m suspecting the cdi but not sure.

Check the the torque on the cylinder head.

Agreed...lol...The cylinder head has to be retorqued almost every single heat cycle wilst going through the breakin period of time.

BEWARE, they are to be retorqued ONLY once the motor is totally cold again so as to not strip out the threads in the bottom part of the motor that the studs are screwed into.

Torque wrench setting for a quarter inch drive INCH POUNDS is 144 inch pounds of torque which translates to 12 foot pounds of torque.

Yea they are tight to 12 foot lb. I don’t have a compression tester but if I put my finger over the plug hole it has vacuum
I know this sounds stupid, are you sure the tank's not empty? I did that the other day, took the whole engine apart before I realized. I also sprayed starting fluid into the filter, and for whatever reason it wouldn't start. But filling it up fixed it lol.

You should have never shown me this one Johnny...lol...lol...lol.

Yea good point but it does have gas in it. One thing I forgot to mention is that before I went to my friends house I started it and then I let it run for 5-7 min to warm up. There was a good breeze blowing so I doubt it overheated

You must never allow a 2 stroke bike motor to idle for more than 1 minute without it moving for air movement dispersal to flow over the cooling fins...If your even stuck at a stop light or stop sign for a minute or more, your supposed to shut off the motor to prevent heat damage.
